It's not an appearance but I do believe it's a dress referencing the Lochlady Dress, especially in conjunction to Bowser's outfit being a clearer reference. Also, was it stated the Peach (Wedding Dress) is specifically her wearing this dress? PrincessPeachFan ( talk) 10:49, Ap(EDT)
The suit Bowser wears is definitely a callback, though I find this a bit of a stretch. In Odyssey, this particular dress is an artifact in the Lake Kingdom that was stolen for Peach to wear in the wedding in the movie Peach just wears a wedding dress for the wedding. I really don't think we should include The Super Mario Bros.
